Please complete all four required forms as soon as possible. This information is essential for trip planning and helps us ensure your safety, comfort, and overall experience. All required forms are available in the MeWannaGo app (see below).
1. All About Me
Share a little about yourself so we can get to know you and make any accommodations needed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable trip.
2. Travel Logistics and Passport
Provide your flight and passport information so we can coordinate airport transfers and manage trip logistics.
3. Insurance and Emergency Contacts
Provide your travel insurance details and emergency contact information so we're prepared should an emergency arise.trip logistics.
Tell us about your preferences, habits, and travel style so we can thoughtfully match you with a compatible roommate.
Important Submission Notes
The information you provide on these forms are kept completely confidential and will only be used to help us provide a better experience for you as we travel together! Please try to complete each form in one sitting. They should not take longer than 5 minutes each. Note that if you do not complete and submit a form, you may have to start over from the beginning. Forms are deleted upon submission for privacy security purposes.
