Membership Agreement

MEWANNAGO PASSPORT MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

 

This Passport Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is made by and between MeWannaGo, LLC., (the “Company”) and the Passport Member (“Member”) as set forth on the signature page below.

Passport is a private member-based club (the “Passport”) that provides travel discounts and benefits and other services to its members pursuant the terms and conditions set forth in the MeWannago Terms and Conditions, attached hereto and thereby incorporated into this Agreement (the “MeWannaGo Terms and Conditions”).

 

Membership Levels:

Passport provides for 3 levels of memberships (each, a “Level”) which shall require monthly deposits (the “Monthly Deposits”) as follows:

 

Passenger – Monthly Deposits of $0

Explorer – 12 consecutive Monthly Deposits of $100 

Vagabond - 24 consecutive Monthly Deposits of $100 

 

Each Level determines the respective percent discounts the Member is offered for each vacation booked. 

 

Member Dues and Charges:

 

Following the execution of this Agreement, the Member shall deposit the required funds consecutively on a monthly basis on each monthly anniversary date. Upon the Monthly Deposits being received and cleared by the Company’s bank account, the Member’s membership in Passpost (the “Passport Deposit”) shall become effective as of that date.

 

The Member may make payments by using an authorized credit card. Any payments made with a credit card will be subject to a 4% administration fee.

 

Deposits will be deemed as received by the Company once the credit card charge is processed by the applicable credit card company and irrevocably credited to the Company’s bank account. 

 

Change of Membership Level:

 

A Member may maintain a membership level by paying Monthly Deposits consistently on a monthly basis.  Membership Level is based on The aggregate number of months a Member has made Monthly Deposits without a laps in payment.  The Member is provided a 14 day grace period before The Membership level is downgraded.  Membership Level will downgrade to Passenger when the Member fails to to chooses to not continue making Monthly Deposits.  

 

Expiration of Membership:

 

Unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the following sentence, the PassportMembership shall continue into perpetuity. This Agreement shall automatically terminate in the event that the Terms and Conditions is terminated in accordance with its terms.

 

Member information:

 

The Member acknowledges that they will need to provide information for related to their travel bookings and other purposes. The Member agrees to accurately and timely provide any requested or required information.

 

Transferability:

 

The Passport Membership is not transferrable.

 

Disputes:

 

Any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect. The venue for arbitration shall be Los Angeles, CA. No class arbitration shall be permissible.

 

Entire agreement:

 

This Agreement and the other documents referred to and incorporated herein, contain the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, and supersede all prior negotiations, agreements, and understandings with respect thereto. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document duly executed by all parties.
