Step 1

Arrivals
Pick up from Cozumel International Airport (CZM) will be at 3:00 PM local time.

Please arrive on the flight that arrives around 2pm.

Departures
Departure from the hotel to Cozumel International Airport (CZM) will be at 12:00 PM local time after check out.

You must complete four essential forms immediately, and no later than 30 days before departure. This information is vital for trip logistics planning and to ensure your safety and comfort.
1. All About Me
This gives us information about you and allows us to make any necessary accommodations to ensure your trip is comfortable.
2. Travel Logistics and Passport
This helps us track your arrivals and departures to organize timely pickup and drop-off.
3. Insurance and Emergency Contacts
This helps us know who to reach and what details to provide in case of an emergency.
4. Roommate Survey
This helps us take into consideration all your quirks and match you to a roommate.
Note: You can SKIP this form if you booked a single room or already have a designated roommate joining the trip.
Important Submission Notes
The information you provide on these forms is kept completely confidential and will only be used to help us provide a better experience for you as we travel together! Please try to complete each form in one sitting. They should not take longer than 5 minutes each. Note that if you do not complete and submit a form, you may have to start over from the beginning.
