Training and Certification
The Trip Host Training Program is not your ordinary training program. It's on the job training! What does that mean? That means you will be traveling during training.

Once your trained, you'll receive your certification!
On-the-job Training
You'll be required to attend one trip with MeWannaGo as a Host Trainee. This is where you will be able to learn first hand from the Primary Trip Host on the trip. You'll have a chance to facilitate parts of the trip and learn all the ins and outs of what being a Trip Host will look like.

Ask the Primary Trip Host as many questions as you'd like!

Experience first-hand what it would be like to be a Trip Host.

Get the experience without having all the responsibility, at least not yet!

Become comfortable with the activities and duties involved with being a Trip Host
Post Trip Report
Throughout your trip you will be learning the job and taking notes. You'll want to do this to help you put together a diary about the trip for you to share with the Trip Leader.

You will be provided with a Trip Diary for you to fill out and submit electronically

A 30 minute phone call with be scheduled so we can chat with you about how it went, what you learned, and any parts that left you with questions!

We will provide any feedback that we feel might help you be more successful as a Trip Host!
Certification
Once you complete the Host Trainee Trip, your Primary Trip Host will give a report on how much you've learned. You will also have to complete a Tour Host Assessment. Upon passing the assessment, you will earn your Certification as an official MeWannaGo Trip Host!
